insane. literally insane. all of them.
fam bam bamily.
prior to all (awkward russian translation), happy birthday to kenzie tomorrow!! steviekins, you'd better spoil kenzer. i hope you have a delightful day full of sunshine and ice cream and love. :)
in other news, i got my first birthday package! it was delightful. we realized later we probably should have taken pictures of me opening it, but by the time we got back home we were real sweaty and gross and tired, soo we forgot.
i feel like i have nothing to say this week. same ole, same ole. i found out yesterday about something exciting. a birthday present to me, though i can't talk about it yet. so on my birthday next week, i'll tell you.
grandma, i hope they realize how important this is too. my only birthday. i mean, they probably won't. but a girl can dream.
speaking of, next week is transfers, so don't forget i won't write until wednesday.
i had the neatest personal study today about the living water. the fountains of living water. the love of god. being filled with a well of living water--a well of love. isn't that beautiful? it's a work in progress of the living water in relation to the bread of life. we'll see.
people here are kind of insane. sometimes i forget. other times some sundays at church are a nice (ha.) reminder. the most sane ones are the ones with temple marriages. i realized that connection yesterday. it's a sign. 'true grit helps you forget yesterdays.' i loved that line, grandpa. some of these members are all stars.i feel fresh air all about. relief. and change. the calm before the flurry of storm that's coming. not a bad storm. (i don't think.) a summer thunderstorm. warm rain. the delightful kind. we've had a few of those this past week. the thunder of sisters. they're starting to listen.
i love you all. so much.
God is good. he truly is. and he answers prayers. even the littlest ones sometimes.
i think it ought to be such a delight to be God. so much joy to watch someone receive or open a gift. so much sorrow when they don't open it or see it. sometimes even when it's right in front of our eyes.
and so it is. there are tender mercies and miracles all around. open your eyes.
much love.
cectpa em.
